- Frontend: Next.js + Tailwind (static export friendly)
- Hosting: Cloudflare Pages (free, fast, easy)
- Backends: Cloud Run (containerized) or Cloudflare Workers (serverless)
- Auth: Cloudflare Access (Zero‑Trust) to gate internal demos
- Domains: Managed in Cloudflare; GoDaddy registrar is fine
